In the year 2019 I was engaged in a tender and as the result in a project of integration Bacardi brand into a series of parties by promo group System 108. The campaign was mostly offline – among the integration there were decor projects, different POSM such as cups, menus and more. But the key thing of the campaign was the modular bar.

Modular bar Bacardi x System 108 is product of my fantasy about a collaboration of two brands in the context of the philisophia “Do What Moves You”. My task was to create an object that can become a place of power, that can gather people at an event and can combine the functions of an installation and a functional object.

As the result I came up with the idea of modular bar that has multiple build options. In its key configuration the construction is a walk-through bar with a chill area, standing and seating spots. The design is based on the System 108 logo so if you look at the bar from bird’s eye view you will see the logo – deconstructed square. Innner decoration of the bar is made in the style of the Bacardi brand – led bars emitting red light, palm branches, unobtrusive branding and product placement.

The bar was constructed of metal modules of different length sheathed with transparent plexiglass. Inside the modules there were big hazer that filled the whole construction with smoke. This solution gave the object a more mysterious look.
